Hello, I am seeking to engage the service of a freelancer for the development of an e-learning portal. The e-learning portal most be mobile responsive and should be able to open on all mobile devices. The database must able to accomodate records of 500,000 - 1,000,000 students. The website should have a forum plugin, where students can share knowledge and live case studies. The portal must have register and login links on the home page. The portal must in addition have the following features, which is not limited to this. STUDENTS: 1. Students must be able to create user account, by submitting their data via user registration 2. There must be a dashboard whicn will give students opportunities to access the profile page 3. Students must be able to access their learning courses 4. Students must be login using their facebook profile from the home page 5. Students must be wbke to write their exams online LECTURERS 1. The lecturer must be able to upload courses in PDF and microsoft word formats 2. The lecturer must be able to mark students scripts online The platform must have an admin console that will manage all functionalities and content from the backend. The super admin must be abke to create users and assign powers to users from the backend. The freelancer must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Service Level Agrement (SLA).
