Hi there. I have read the pdf and I have experience with BuddyPress. Not sure what event manager plugin you are using. Can you please provide a link to that? It'd help me getting idea of the work needed and also it is necessary for the extension of the plugin. I would show you my previous work with buddypress and with the event manager plugin (if I had worked with it of-course).
