Need career minded individuals who can apply to jobs for us. We are an agency with more than 50 designers and developers. To keep them busy, we need more projects. To get more projects, we need to apply to more jobs. That's where we think you can help us. Payment Plan: $2/hour + 2% of project or $25/project, whichever is higher. We don't bid on very small projects. It has to be $500 and up. On hourly projects, we like to bid on projects that are $6 and up. Many hourly projects can go on for months. Tremendous growth potential. This job suits people who have both a technical and a marketing background. If you are good at writing proposals but don't understand the difference between Magento and WordPress, ASP.NET and Java, you will struggle. Conversely, if you are good on the technical side but can't write good proposals, you will have a hard time. You must also have grammatically correct English otherwise your proposals will not look professional. We expect you to work 3 to 4 hours / day, a total of 20 to 25 hours / week. You are expected to work consistently every day except the weekend and don't want you to bunch all hours over 1 or 2 days. Even spread works best. Warning: If you think you can work on this only when you have time, that won't work. We have terminated several people who had the skills but not the will to work diligently for 3 to 4 hours every day. We are looking for serious career minded people.
