We run online games on Facebook, iOS and Android. We have an in-house team for all server topics, but are looking for a holiday, illness and off-hour backup. We are based in CET time zone. We assume on average that this will be 5h per month. Our system sends out the alerts to you and then you would need to react asap. Things to do are Server Monitoring & Maintenance • React on Failure notifications • proactive monitoring of server behaviour • Linux service monitoring • Services operational • detect faulty services • restart services or servers • AWS Instances • replace faulty instances • modifications to disk setup • database migration in faulty state • update DNS entries
