BTC/Bitcoin number lotto/pozi script

Hi. :) Im trying to find someone with exprience in crypocurrenty to make a website like ponzi but based on numbers (lotto system) integrated with coinpayments or [login to view URL] (or another alternative) + admin panel system. A system like all users can create them own accounts, then send money to their own balance on the site by coinpaiments automaticaly and then can buy a "LOTTO NUMBER TICKET" every user can choose own 6 numbers from 0 to 69 and every numbers draw will be every 23:59 with random 10 numbers (all numbers same for every user) if someone will win, then in admin panel will be show user who won then admin will can decide who bitcoins user won + admin can decide how many % user win for 5 hit or 6 hit numbers. Some examples of pages and functions: -Homepage (Showing player users, amount to win in next draw, amount of last win and user name who won, register link, login link) -Homepage after login (same as without login but with more links to edit profile, profile link, buy ticket link) -Profile edit page (edit change avatar, description) -Profile page (user avatar, nickname, description) < with user link [login to view URL] -Register page (register via facebook and normal with email and required fields: login, password, bitcoin adress, secret number, google captcha) -Deposit page (deposit a custom amount to the site balance via coinpayments automaticaly) -Withdraw page (withdraw money with minimum limit, if someone can withdraw then must use a secret number used for register) -History page (last 20 wins and username who won) -Affiliate page (edit/change custom link to register for users) -Custom register link page (every user can create a custom affiliate link and change own background under registration link /r/username) -Buy coupon/lotto ticketpage (chosing numbers then confirmation rules accept and button "buy") -My tickets/coupons page (showing buyied tickets numbers) -Rules page Afiliates system User who will register via another user link will get a 1$ balance and for user link creator 10% of all deposited money from his companion lifetime. Admin panel: Just admin panel with some statistic like: -Login page ( [login to view URL], login, password, and secret number) < only administrator status user can login) -Statistic page (last registered users, all users, last visitors, and how many people visited site, all btc deposited, all withdrawed, all btc on coinpayments account) -settings (change coinpayments api etc, change logo site, change proofit % for winner who win 6 numbers and 5 numbers and 4 numbers, change minimum limit to withdraw and price of coupon/ticket) -withdrawings (page with withdraw requests) -userlist (page with userlist ID | LOGIN | EMAIL | BTC BALANCE) -page with last winners (page with winner users) -Pages (page for create new pages with html) +Nice layout and guarante support.
