BMI Tool from Excel Sheet

I would like a small program written in Delphi (object pascal) that computes BMI,z-score,percentile,z-score flag error, lower SD, upper SD, Height cm, Weight kg. These are all done in attached excel doc. The lookup datasets are also included in excel sheet. Look at the "Data" tab in attached excel. Software should duplicate calculated columns. Look up data should be stored on form or in embedded database like sqlite or firebird. I would also like a TeeChart that plots this percentile so I can use in display and report.
