Automatic Dialer with audio analysis

• Create an automatic dialer to keep N (user specified via web interface) calls to user specified numbers for some seconds until audio is analysed; • Send a report via e-mail if audio matches with any uploaded sample including date, time and audio analysed (e-mail account will be provided by us); • After a call is disconnected, system must send other, always handling N calls; • There will be 4 or more numbers (always pre-defined), one of each carrier, for system to dial and we must be able to stop any of the queues via web;
