Assistance on a simple Wordpress website needed

I have a simple website where users can enter in a post code which will automatically look up a relative address. Once an address is selected, the user is taken to a checkout page for payment. Once payment is completed, the user has a page automatically generated for them. This is all working well but I need some help with the 'Customer Account Page' (Page generated automatically on customer checkout)...
1. Add 'Welcome' before client's name in page title
1.a Please reduce the width of the blue background to be the same width as the content
2. Ensure the client's name always appears capitalised no matter how the client enters their name e.g. if client types name as SiMon SmITh, it will appear as Simon Smith
3. Ensure that the content of the page has a blue background
4. Add a text intro to the top that automatically displays each time these pages are generated: 'We are working hard to produce any reports you have requested, as soon as they are ready for you to download a link will appear below.'
5. Ensure that all PDF links that are added to these pages in the future open in a new tab.
6. Create a user role that ONLY has access to these pages and can only add the PDF's
7. Additional Reports Section - Please create a sidebar where the client can purchase additional reports from dropdown menus as follows:
• Report (dropdown with list of reports)
• Address (Dropdown with list of previously searched addresses and option to add a new address)
• Add to Cart (Button - Adds report to cart and creates a new line for additional reports)
• Proceed to Checkout (Button - Only appears once a report has been added to the cart and loads the checkout page)
7.a (List of reports):
• General report - £30+VAT
• Environmental Search - £49 +VAT
• HS2 - £15+VAT
• Flood - £20+VAT
• Energy - £20+VAT
• Underground - £75+VAT
• Coal - £29+VAT
• Limestone - £70+VAT
• Tin and Clay - £50+VAT
• Clay - £70+VAT
8. Create an email notification that gets sent to the customer's email address used to sign-up every time the 'Update' button is pressed on their individual page. This should be in the same format as the other WooCommerce email notifications and simply say 'Your account with xxxxxxx has been updated, click here to log-in' ('click here' is a link to their account page)
