Art Dashboard Web Application

I am looking for a developer to create only the beginning of a web application. If this milestone is completed well, there may be more work that follows. Generally, this web application will enable artists to keep track of their art inventory (what is unsold/sold for example). Details about each artwork are saved in a backend database that will reside in the server. User can then update their inventory any time. The general requirements are as follows: - The web application is a responsive website that will scale to the viewport dimensions. - Log-on screen: User will log on with username and password. For now, just have one user. - Once logged in, user is presented with a homepage (I'll call it "Dashboard"). This page will be mostly empty for now, but create a menu link ("Series") to a new page called "Series" - In the Series page, user can upload images, put some attributes to it and save. - When user goes back to the dashboard, the image appears as the representation of that first "series" that was just created. - The attached powerpoint mockup has a more detailed walkthrough of this milestone. For completion of this project, please have it up and running on a development web server I can access to test its functionality as described. Once bugs are cleared, please provide zip file of source code. This is a work for hire engagement.
