All around tidy up, several small PHP scripts needed

Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for someone who can alter existing software to make it look nice for mobile device browers. The template used was designed for it, so it should be fairly straightforward. The website needs to be as lightweight as possible, so anything that's unused (code as well as images etc) have to be removed. One of the new functions needed to be added is: 1. Scan for WiFi networks and list them in form select dropbox 2. Connect to said WiFi network with a visual and informative progress bar 3. System information (uptime, connected to internet, connected to network, etc) highlighting errors or problems 4. Most of this information has also have to be saved into a .ini file Emphasis on lightweight, emphasis on using as little shell commands as possible.
