We need someone to create a smart article rewriter/parapharser in PHP, Java, Python or any other language that runs on Linux environment with the following feature:
Core Requirements:
1. Paraphrasing by analyzing sentence structure and rewriting sentences with completely different grammar/pattern.
2. Advanced Synonyms replacement (Must know the meaning of the word and pick only the synonyms that makes sense similar to [login to view URL])
3. Be able to produce multiple different rewrites from one original article.
Outcome Scope:
1. Rewritten article must be able to pass most plagiarism check software.
2. Results must looks like human written, be readable and makes sense.
No UI needed, we just need a command line binary where we can execute and feed the data that needs to be rewritten straight through command parameters or through a text file. There should be option parameter such as number of rewrite needed and quality of rewrites.
Please be ready to describe the exact techniques you will use for core paraphrasing algorithm as this is not a simple search and replace job. You will only be awarded if i am convinced of your method. You cannot rely on third party API that requires data to be sent over the internet.
One full milestone will be made, and the milestone will only be released after full competition of the job, there will be no split or partial payment for incomplete product. We will also own full intellectual rights to the software.
