Advanced Search Filter and Show On Hover software bug finding

Our webshop is written in YII Framework, in PHP. We had some customisations done to it, but unfortunately as we added more products to the site, some of them have stopped working correctly. It is Advanced Filter for search results sorting - before it has stopped working completely, it was taking data from the primary category instead of from the subcategory. Also there is "Show full description" on hover - which works fine only in some of the lines, in the rest of them it is not showing the description, but ruining the layout. This is a quick job for someone experienced, who would find mistakes and fix them quickly. We need it done as soon as possible, within hours (deadline - Monday)
