Adding some minor functions and changes to my wordpress site and also optimize the speed

Hi, I have a couple of things that needs to be done with my website. What do you need to know? You need to know coding, jquery and wordpress to fix this. You should also feel comfortable using and working with php, css and wordpress. I want this to be done in maximum 3 days. 1. Add Fade in last sidebar widget and make it sticky Example and guide: [login to view URL] 2. Make 8 specific categories into full width and 3 columns, I will show you what I mean with screenshot. 3. Clean up some unnecessary or not used code 4. Optimize speed of website - I want at least 93 / 100 in Google Pagespeed. I have now 83 / 100. 5. add previous post in last sidebar widget after the 3 pictures that is there right now I will provide with example picture 6. make some small changes to my footer area and adjust the scrolling size of floating social bar. I will provide with example picture 7. Add subscription form which sends an email to subscribers when new posts is published. (If its possible without a plugin, it would be amazing, otherwise just use a updated plugin which is compatible with latest wordpress).
