Adding function to Ultimate Member plugin (Wordpress)

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with the Ultimate Member plugin in WordPress.
I require the Members Directory search function to display only certain members depending on certain criteria of the member who is doing the search. (for example if the user doing the search has put in their profile they only want to see people from 3 certain countries, then only users in these 3 countries show up in the search results.) This needs to be an automatic feature that runs in the background and not one the user selects.
It should be a quick addition to the [url removed, login to view] page rather then editing the plugin itself.
