In today’s environment/website, the delivery fee is based on the ordered amount and Region/State code in delivery address. (e.g. Region Nairobi orders above 2000/- get free delivery)

Pickup from store is another delivery method currently present and is free and will not change

Requirements below....

We’d like to change the Nairobi region to now include a neighborhood field that only pops up when Nairobi region is selected. Delivery charges will then apply based on Nairobi neighborhood.

1. Move Region field to be the first field [url removed, login to view] This should be for all deliveries and will be the first field selected on your address field and shipping address

2. Default region area should say select region and this should be a mandatory field.

3. Remove post code field – Remove the word “State” from Region/State area

4. If Nairobi region is selected, populate table titled “Please select your neighborhood. The neighborhoods are in excel file attached with neighborhood fields and delivery fees.

5. If any other region apart from Nairobi is selected, function continues as website is today i.e. 500/- delivery fee for out of Nairobi orders

6. Based on Nairobi region neighborhood selection – a delivery fee applies and the rates are as in the table in excel file and customer should be presented with delivery charges here [url removed, login to view]

7. Pickup from store stays the same but change text to read – Free pickup from store.

8. Admin should have capability to update/add/edit neighborhoods and delivery fees for all neighborhoods and add other neighborhoods and delivery fees.

9. Show delivery fees on checkout here [url removed, login to view]

10. Change address 1 field to Road Name (required field)

11. Change address 2 field to Building or Apartment Name and House/Office #

12. Add address 3 field for Nearby Landmark
