Add BBCode Text format to Drupal 7

I'm looking for a talented programmer, knowledgeable in Drupal, PHP, MySQL, RegEx to implement a BBCode Text Format for Drupal. This will be especially used for the Drupal Advanced Forum member posts. There is already a module that implements this function in Drupal called XBBCode ([login to view URL]), however, it's a rather poor implementation and seems to handle only the most basic of BBCodes, but gets stumped with the tags that include options (some of the problems with XBBCode is described at [login to view URL]). So, I need a knowledgeable programmer who can: 1. a) Either fix/enhance XBBCode to work properly, OR b) else, use the JBBCode API (at [login to view URL]) to program a better module to handle BBCode for Druapl 7. I believe that most of the functionality I'm looking for is already there in XBBCode and JBBCode, and so, only some basic enhancements to improve the tag parsing algorithm and its implementation, and retrofitting it all to Drupal 7 is required. 2. Most importantly, the BBCode module resulting from this project should be able to successfully parse all the BBCode listed at [login to view URL] (these are the BBCode tags from VBulletin 3.7.x, plus a few additional custom definitions).
