Add Attributes and Functionality to Magento Website -- 2

I am trying to add some product attributes and functionality to a Magento site I am building and I need some help while I am away for the holiday. The budget for this project cannot exceed 500.00 USD without prior written approval. I can do it myself but I do not have the time. I am also searching for a long term team to assist on other work. My website is [login to view URL] 1. I need to add additional product attributes to my Magento products that match my api attributes. Please put the api into a json viewer so you can see the additional fields that need to be added. 2. I want integrate an into the page my api that list other products online that match the users search. So when the user inputs the text into the search bar, the javascript calls the api and inputs the results into a matching product container with with something like " Also Found Online Near You". The api returns a json or xml format that you can parse into the container (images, description, links, etc.). I would like to have the containers match the product containers so it looks uniform. The additional attribute will probably go into the description tab or another tab before the shipping tab. The add to cart button should probably redirect to the product url. (Please take a look at my site) 3. There should be some prompt that ask for a user's zipcode to that will be placed into the api call when the user does the search. I would like to have either the user enter a zipcode or have them geo-located. I have attached an idea of my idea of what it should look like but feel free to give me better ideas or easier implementation. Please see Milo search bar image. The basic api takes in a location and a search string like this: [login to view URL] where requestorid = unique user id userlocation= zipcode or geolocation keywords = user search string This should be a quick project for someone with good Magento and javascript skills. I am open to alternative suggestions but please understand that my budget will not change. So please do not bid if you cannot stay within the budget unless your detailed proposal is submitted to me for approval. I prefer the work to be done on my site directly so I can review the changes, but you may develop on your server if you feel comfortable, but please understand the final project MUST work on my website.
