Website work and XML integration - repost

I have a website in development which requires some xml integration. The website can currently be found at the following address: [login to view URL] The website is based on a wordpress template and the work that I need done on the site is as follows: 1. Complete CarWeb Registration plate search feature On the home page you will see a "get a quote" section. This works in one of two ways which both need to be completed. The first is an xml integration with a 3rd party database. The integration document is attached along with a photoshop file with how the finished page should be displayed. The registration form entry should act in the same way as the form on the following site: [login to view URL] The integration instructions can be found in the attached pdf documents. The drop down selection options underneath the registration form should work in the same way as the form on the following Google page and have the same options (click No under "Do you know the car's registration number?"). [login to view URL] 2. Display resulting XML data on page See [login to view URL] for how the xml data should be displayed on page. 3. Submit displayed data via a form to a series of email addresses As detailed on [login to view URL] the resulting data has a contact form on the right side of the page which, when submitted, needs to send all data on the page to the site owner via email - this email should include car details and contact data. 4. Wordpress full width page template As per the [login to view URL] image, a full width wordpress page template needs to be created.
