Plugin extend the functionality of Word Press shop - repost

I need a Plugin that can extend the functionality on my Word Press shop.
The shop is based on WooCommerce shop Plugin and WooTheeme WOOTIQUE 1.6.7 (can be downloaded for free) with WPML Multilingual Translation Plugin. The Plugin must work with this setup.

When a customer shops for the first time, he gets a 12 digit, unique, random “Customer Number” and an account where credit can be added. The 12 digit “Customer Number” is also added to the “Coupon” system.
The 12 digit number now functions as a “Coupon Code” giving a percentage/ Discount of the Cart Subtotal to new Customers.
When a new Customer is shopping for the first time using a “Coupon Code” this “Coupon Code” / “Customer Number” is saved with his account as his “Up Link” If no Coupon code is used the Up-Link is sat to “9999 9999 9999” (A Dummy Customer ). (Only 12 digit coupon codes is saved as Up Link)
