Very Simple php mysql job

What I'm looking for is just a page that will have announcements, a calendar for events and some text area.I also need a button to take the users to the another website(already developed) and that button needs to be big enough that it is easy to find. - I'll be able to link the database(table) for this page with the already running database of other [login to view URL] you design just the working of it I can tie in the database directly to it. I just need it functional and then I can tie it together. - I need a functional back end( you can say mini control panel with couple of links) where I can change the canlander events, announcement and text. This is so I can schedule events out months in advance and people can see what they are. --[login to view URL] - for the design. -- For now you can just add the blank image of 900 * 100 as header, I'll design it later.
