We are looking at having a specialized website design and promoted it to first page of major search engines with several ( 5 to 10) keywords Simple design but very professional looking. It will be geared for the following niche market. • Home Construction • Home Design • Home Renovations • Home Repair • Interior Design • Interior Decorating.. and others It’s main purpose is to attract industry professionals, to serve as a backlink builder for our sites and for members who join the site and promote other site we own. We want the following features included in the site 1. The following tabs • Who we are • What we do • Join • Sigh-in • Jobs • Articles • Links 2. All content controllable by us through Joomla including article, picture and video insertion, 3. A feature/program that will allow us to easily input “HTML” codes or content without requiring a webmaster . 4. Featured Section (probably 12-15 sections) (ei: Featured Builder, Feature Designer, Featured Plumbing Company etc) 5. A membership creation feature where clients can create an account 6. An article submission feature including free and paid submission . 7. A link submission feature including free (with reciprocal) and paid submission 8. A built-in proprietary program that will determine advertisement and display advertiser based on geographic location of visitors. 9. A “Ask an expert” section that will be tied to our various levels of membership and geographic location of visitor/member asking questions with built-in email notification system 10. Email notification system with built-in newsletter feature 11. Job posting submission feature free and paid submission 12. An “ advertize with us” feature 13. Adsense advertizing ( only if it does not conflict with other advertizing programs) 14. CPA advertizing 15. Full SEO services as described below You services are to include the following 1. Temporary one page site with minimal content in order to get a head start on SEO portion of project (indexing, search engine submission etc) 2. Full website design including uploading to our web hosting company. 3. Set-up of our CPA accounts with CPA programs that you recommend 4. Full SEO services ( very important as the site is useless to us if it does not rank high)to include as a minimum the following a) First page of major search engines(whitehat methods only) b) Internal site optimization SEO c) Facebook, Twitter, Linked page creation and linkage d) 2 article submission to minimum 100 sites e) Press release f) 500 high quality backlinks from PR1 or PR2 category related sites 5. Monthly maintenance to keep site in high page rank. We will upload all content ourselves including articles, pics and videos. Payment will be as follows 1. First part of fees for web design and upload to our server 2. Second part once we reach first page of search engines 3. Final fees for monthly maintenance fee to be paid at the end of each month successfully kept on first page of SE 4. We will also consider a profit sharing arrangement to offset cost of SEO In your bid submit the following 1. Your fee structured as shown above indicating amounts for each stage of service 2. Best payment ratio 10 % ( example: you would score low if 90% of your fees are for web design and only 10% is for SEO as site is worthless without affective SEO) 3. Time frame for SEO 30 % 4. Experience 15% 5. References/past work 15% New freelancers are welcomed with experience/references.
