b) the companies looking for a project or consultant in a specific field for fix duration or a part time assistance. Once a project is assigned to one consultant or several consultants - besides the low cost concept I want to invent the crowd consulting concept via the site), it can be followed through the system. Afterwards consultants are ranked and assess by the clients.
