Video Gaming Website needs updated.

Looking for an experienced web design professional to update our site. [login to view URL] is the site in its current state. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] is what we are trying to compete with. Things we will need. A unique Forum Script and Global Login implemented. At the moment the forum and site logins are seperate. An interactive user friendly livestream section. We need user to be able to register a livestream and automatically display that stream on a newly generated individual page. ([login to view URL] does this for reference) Different games will need their own independent listing. We will need a global home page. At the moment we take you directly to the game the site was intended for, but expansion to other games brought on the need for a less specific home page with the option to select a portal to the game of choice. Option for users to set up independent blogs about their selected game. An online store. We plan to eventually set up items for purchase and would like the store to be created in anticipation. Possibly more minor tweaks. We are flexible with design and logo/color schemes. If you can do something better we will listen to suggestions.
