OsCommerce Web Desing, Revise, finish incompleted job.

This project is for an OsCommerce shopping website. One person has started working on the website several months ago, and he never completed it. We have lost money and time on this project and now we are reposting it for someone to finish what is left. I have spent several days and weeks emailing the freelancer that was working on the project, and he always promised to finish it, but he never did. So anyone that is bidding on this project must be available to chat during business hours, must respond to emails in a timely manner, and he must email us everyday with the updates. We will not go thru the same hassle again, and will not let anyone lose us time and money. We have 2 websites for the same business and once the first website is completed, we will copy this website to the second domain, and work on the SEO, article writing, facebook page, HTML Template for listing items on Ebay, and more. So we have a lot of work to be done, but we want to go one step at a time. If the first step is done in a timely manner and within the budget, then you get the second job from us. If that one is done to our satisfaction, then you get the 3rd job. There is a lot of work to give out, but we need someone that is professional, and honest. We can not lose another 3 months on this project. No money will be given out before the job is completed, and we will only use milestone payment for the payment. Here is a list of what needs to be completed on the website. 1-) Home page template must be fixed as the pictures are not showing properly and the skin does not look correct. 2-) Sub Category and search page must be organized. Item pictures are over lapping with the text. 3-) Item pages must be completely redesigned. Please see attached picture for a sample item page. 4-) Some of the text around the website is in red color. This must be changed to black text. 5-) Tables on the order page and order confirmation page is not showing. This must be fixed. 6-) There are maybe 4 or 5 static pages that need to be added such as Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Contact Us. We will give you the necessary text for these pages. We just need the text to be added on these pages. 7-) We will give you a few banners to put on the right and left side of the page. Just implement the banner on the page and give link to the necessary pages. 8-) There might be a few other things that we can not think of at this moment. We can discuss these later. These are not big changes because the most of the website is done, but some adjustments that we need to be done. If you work good we have several jobs in line. This is just the beginning. We have data entry, seo, web scraping, and more. If you work good, we want to work with only one person on everything. Our budget for this project is $200.00 and we need this to be done as quickly as possible. Do not give us time like 1 day or 2 day because we know this can not be done in 2 days. Give us a reasonable deadline and try to meet it. I have screen shots of some problems, please see the attached pictures before you bid on the project.
