New look for Existing Magento Website

We own an online anime business and are looking for an overhaul to our current magento website to make it more aesthetically pleasing and user friendly. The new design needs to utilize anime concepts and relate to the merchandise we sell. I have made some wire frames and have a few ideas of how I want the layout to look, but I really need help with the art and getting the code just right. Some Requirements: - The artwork must be new and unique. - Must be optimized for all browsers and backwards compatible with internet explorer 6. - Conform to conversion maximizing procedures and designed with conversion in mind. - Must be smart phone friendly. - Search engine optimized and friendly. - Needs a new main page banner slider that is easy to change and modify. (Including changing alt image and image names.) - Needs a "popular anime shows" banner slider that is easy to change and modify. (Including changing alt image and image names.) - Code must be secure without opening up security flaws. - All art, design, and code is to be owned solely by us on completion. - Must use art spriting for persistent and heavily used art. - Must be willing to make reasonable revisions READ THIS: Please include at least 2 previous works in your PMB message and/or bid.
