46000 IPB Invision Power Board Help!

Hello, ****PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION!**** Part 1: I need some assistance with an IPB Skin. I need to take a pre-made skin for IPB and customize it to work with my website. I have the skin installed and running, but I need the header customized and I need the skin converted for use with IPB Portal as well as the forum system. I have already purchased the "Bullet Skin" from Transverse Styles: [login to view URL] I need the header customized with a custom logo that you will create, and I need the entire skin modified for use with IPB Portal. I have the skin installed on the forum now in it's default form, and you can see how it is broken when used in the portal: [login to view URL] - portal [login to view URL] - forums I can provide full psd source files for the skin, ftp access, and admin access to the board, which should be all that is required to get everything up and running. I also need some basic assistance to add google adwords support to the skin - you can see that I have already added basic support, but you will also see that the skin is designed to support banners up in the header - I either need the header fixed so that the banner spot is covered, or I need banner support added to the header (this would be my preference). We will also be integrating some text link ads into the skin, although I anticipate only limited assistance should be needed for that part of the project, if any. Part 2: I want to adapt our IPB skin to our php account ordering system. This should be a fairly basic, simple task.
