Create Module for Web2Projects CMS and CSS Edits

We have installed a LAMP driven open source CMS interface called Web2Projects. It requires modifications to the PHP files to add and edit form content, along with the creation of three new forms and a Purchase Order module. Within the attached PDF is found a sample flow of required content. I have a detailed outline already typed out. The module developer guide link is provided below. Please look through it before you bid! Additionally, the formatting of the CMS system requires some editing, to clean up the interface. Not complicated aspect, where it is mostly acceptable. I am guessing 25 to 30 hours for a skilled developer, maybe 40 hours including changes. First milestone is the addition of content, the forms will come later, where customer has not provided them yet. There is no Web2Projects demo available for the public for reasons I am not aware. You will receive FTP access and CMS access upon winning the project, not before.
