Windows App To Open Zip, Read PDF, Screen Capture to JPG & Pages to HTML

I like to work with people who have prior experience only. No New coders please! Briefing: Your app will be windows based. It will ask me which folder to look in. There will be 1 or 100000 + zip files on the folder. The app will open each zip file. Within the zip file will be a PDF and a txt file. Your app will take the first page of the PDF and save it as a JPG and also resizing it proportionally to a pre-determined size (allow me to configue size in app). Then save it in a new folder called images. Name the img the same name as the zip file (with jpg extention) I need this app to capure only the Table of Contents of each PDF. So it will be a plus if you can build the app to determin what is the Table of COntents in each PDF. Only the Table of Contents. Then save it as an html file name it the same name as the zip file..then place in a html folder. I will provide you three PDF samples. ** If You cannot get the Table of contents which are in a variety of formats... then I guess we can do this: Take the first 10 pages of the PDF file and save it as HTML and name it the same name as the zip file. Then save it in a new folder called HTML. I will have to manually get the Table of contents which are most likley within the first 10 pages. We will have to figure this out. Some PDF files block printing and this may block you from doing the JPG and HTML capture. Can you work around their block? If not your app ahould write an excel file with all failures.
