COM Wrapper and Demo GUI in Delphi/VB/VB.NET for existing DLLs.) (Re-bid)

I have 5 DLLs, each with about 2-3 functions, for which i need a single COM wrapper done in Delphi. The original DLL developer has created CLI (with source code) demo for every function, so you can use this as a reference. I also need 3 demo GUI done in Delphi, VB, and VB.NET to show the deployment of the functions in the DLL via the COM interface (which you have created above), plus another single DLLs with ready COM interface. Documentation on how the COM is called or deployed in both VB and VB.NET is required, together with any method or event used. Please introduce yourself. Details will be provided to selected parties. Note: This is a commercial project. If the deadline cannot be met with at least a working model, arbitration request will be made. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
