The company (PPS) publishes a paper based product catalogue. Customers pay our company to list their all of their products within our catalogue. We print and deliver the catalogue to end users. This process is repeated every six months.
Except for some small changes, the orders do not change dramatically from order to order.
As part of our customer service, we provide our customers, approximately 1-1/2 months prior to publishing the catalogue, two pages;
1. The first page is a formal quotation where the cost of our services and the description is highlighted. This first page must be returned to us to confirm they wish to proceed with the catalogue listing. This first page is mandatory. This first page will be pre-filled by us.
2. The second page is a form of additional and specialised services we provide. The customer can select the individual services he requires. This second page is NOT mandatory. If they do not select any of the additional services, we do not require any acknowledgement.
Both forms must be available and viewable online through a specific URL through our web site. The customer must sign in to view and edit the content. We will provide the customer with a username and password.
