Voip Platform Developement -- 2

Hi, I am new voip business i need a platform developed for my VoIP Business. Basically all i got is data on mysql db forge. SIP users , Extensions, Call History, Voicemail - These are real time information. I want a platform developer to make these into real-time webpage with extra facilities. Which creates new sip users by clicking buttons than entering commands and same for extensions. Customer should click icons than putting commands or voip provider. I can give you access to third party platform where you can see there setup. It must be Real Time. Below Are information i require. Admin Plan for Voip Provider Admin panel (super admin): Activate/suspend client account Edit client details Add/edit internal notes to you clients Activate/suspend services for each client Manage invoices a billings of your clients add/edit/update the content of your pages Create news latter system to communicate with your clients Managing your non geographic numbers and settings ( Numbers api will be provdered) Monitoring usage of the numbers and services SIP Registered Users ( I want to see all SIP Registered users - If one sip users fails to connect to network it should show live on webpage how many users are connected) Managing Resellers ( Seperate the numbers they owe with us and customers Managing White Label ( Must have platform which we can rebrand for them ) Managing Call Features allowing Access to certain users - if they require extra call features they have to pay for. Platform should have Technical support Section where users can report faults Platform should have New Customer Order form once it filled should create there account number automatcally and live realtime Admin panel for your clients (members area): A user landing page when user can see all new (received faxes, received messages, received voice mail Ability to buy DID numbers for API Provided and If they purchase the DID Number should be realtime live. : Listing services for each numbers they got with us Managing services (Send a Message , Send a Fax, Voice Mail , Feature Codes, Mail Boxes, Hunt Groups, Call Recording , Active Call , Call History , Phone Lines , Page Groups etc it must be able to let customers do realtime featuring. Billing and invoices (paid, Unpaid ...) Will you be charging your client on monthly basis per service or one off charge for using services? Will The charge depend on service use (ex. charges for using mobile phone) Setting direct debit, Payment by credit/debit card (please note you are not allow to hold card details of your customers). PayPal payments Edit main user Profile details (address, billing address, emails address and other contact details) Ability to add/edit/delete/suspend/activate users under the main user account (add employee )
