Threadless Design Contest Clone

I'm looking for a design contest clones similar to threadless (not the shopping cart, only the design contest - see participate tab) - [url removed, login to view]

Must have admin features

* to review/ approve/ delete submissions and comments.

* ability to see ratings on backend and set contest length

* ability to have multiple contest categories so that can be filtered by contest type, etc)

* ability to set the duration of how long a design can be in the runinng (30days etc)

Front end

* must have facebook comment section and facebook connect

* user account

* Very similar layout features to Threadless (design name, artist, description, artist contact, artist website, sharing features for facebook, etc)

* Ability to submit designs and upload files

* Rating system similar to Threadless with facebook or logged in user comment section

* filter features for designs - Contest category, in the running, etc)

Again I don't need the shopping cart section of the site only the design contest area. Would prefer if this had a cms system attached to it so we could edit pages and items without coding but not required.

Please only bid on this if you've done a simlar project and provide links to any similar work.

Do Not simply give me links to websites...I'm looking for enough info to know you know how to do this project and seeing generic sites doesn't do that.
