The requirement is for a web based application in PHP that enables the ratings of: a fashion model to be determined as a result of various criteria inputed based on individual parameters and elements in relation to varous performance aspects [ie % of useable photo yield, number of photos taken in one hour, number of looks carried out in one hour etc etc]. All the input data will result in a rating score for that model and then admin can adjust the hourly rate [worth] of that model in relation to the ability to perform and apptitude. In general registered users can enter data on works carried out with other users at another user level. ie a photographer can enter data on a model. But admin has to check and approve before the results are live. Very similar to how a companies value of stocks and shares is calculated on the stock market. We require a web based application to be built that enables: 1. admin control panel 2. admin can create nth level of new user levels [ie model, photographer, agent] 3. admin can establish a criteria of different points to the rating of a models performance 4. a metrics and analytics aspect that allow data for a models performance to be entered by admin, or a photographer 5. a user friendly look but very simple 6. full 256bit security and data encryption 7. a paypal payment gateway for users to pay to use is required with a processing function that admin can carry out charges 8. new users can be added by admin otherwise register and be approved by admin prior to their details go live.
