Customers can have Personal, Business or Enterprise account plans
Type of mailboxes plans:
-Personal can have upto 3 different Name recipients, no company names only person name with free storage until 15 days, 1 forwarding address
-Business upto 10 name recipients, only 1 company name with free storage until 45 days, 1 forwarding address
-Enterprise, unlimited recipient, unlimited company names, free storeage until 90 days and 3 forwarding addresses
Mailbox preferences for customers
automatic/manual actions for received shipments/correspondence
the system will allow to use different settings according to type: letter/package or sender
If its automatic allow to choose what actions to take for letters / packages
allow to configure automatic actions depending of received letter/package sender
by example if letter coming from barclays bank choose destroy
if letter come from bmw forward inmediately
if letter come from any other: store and consolidate to be send with others
Notification preferences by email and sms (charge 0.10euros/sms)

Actions Store, Destroy, Forward, Scan, can be applied by selecting multiple shipments at same time
if forward are applied to several received shipments to be send will be create an unique forward shipment for the selected received shipments.

Add credit to the account to pay the forwarding/scanning services
When user buy mailboxes services we should use paypal recurrent services by 3, 6 or 12 months according to the account type customer choose.
system should alert to the customer and administrator when the free 15/45/90 days storages has been exceed or when there is no sufficient credit at the account
generate invoices according to the services billed
Backend
1. Administrator will create the shipment list by customer in the system when new shipments will be received like this:

2. when administrator create new received shipments it will check default rules created by customer to manage his mailbox according to the package type, sender and will apply to the received shipment according to the customer preferences, and customer will be notified of the received shipment and the applied preferences according to his account.
3. will check pending shipments requested by customers to be send
4. can add, edit or delete any received or forwarded shipments
5. should receive an email in the same day that the shipment should be send.
6. Shipment cost calculation: we will use 4 different couriers, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS (regular postal mail), we will provide table rates by kg/country/courier
7. Scanning cost calculation: Per letter inc 2 pages: 0.39 €. Additional pages: 0.20 €
8. Storage fees: letters and packages under 200g: 0.12 €/ extra day, items over 200g: 0.20/extra day
*Rates are based on weight and volumen, volumetric weight is calculated (wide x large x height) in cm. / 5000
9. customer warning list to customers and mail notifications sent to renew services or to add credit to the account.
