Hotel Management app for iphone or android

I'm looking to produce and Iphone/Ipad application (possibly android as well) that will allow me to manage multiple salespeople and there productivity.

The app must be very simple to use like [url removed, login to view]

But possess some other key features for management reasons.

I would like to have a Crm System built in that would allow me the (salesmanager) to view what all of my salespeople are doing on a specific day from one screen.

I would like to be able to upload contracts for the the different services we sell and have them signable on the ipad and as soon as they are signed sent off to me (salesmanager)

I would like to have reports of when each day my salespeople are signing into the app so I can see if they are starting work at 6 in the morning or 11 in the morning.

I would like each entry they make be timestamped and geo targeted so I'm able to see there movement and productivity throughout an entire day.

I would like to be able to track there phone calls so we can see the amount of contacts they made in a single day v.s how many they put into there crm system. This feature is very important so make sure you know how to take on this part of the project.

I would also like to build in a feature that allows a stream of what the entire orginzation is doing as well as a calendar that everyone can post to for appts.

Since there will be multiple sales people working in a single city I would like the salesperson to be able to see if another salesperson has already contacted a business and how long ago this happened.

I'm looking for a company that has Iphone/Ipad experience and would like to see previous work on the level of applications you are used to making. I will not be looking for the lowest bid just to hire you, but more on the quality of your proposal as well as prior work. I want this appication to be very simple to use but expandable in the future for added features and I hope to create a long lasting working relationship with whatever company chooses to take on this project.
