Hello there, First thing I want to say is that I am not a bot or a team, I am just one person who is bidding on this project. So for your really nice project I can estimate a completion date of 3 weeks, I would focus to complete the features in the first 2 weeks and a few days and I would keep a few days for testing. I am really very dedicated and I have experience with C#, I am even a contributor to the Open Source IDE for C#(Monodevelop). However for this job I would use Visual Studio 2013 from Microsoft and choose Windows Forms. I know there are a lots of people out there but I really think I have the skills! Thanks for reading!
