API to connect web app to golf course programs

I need an API to connect my web app which will connect to golf courses website and get the detail available tee times information such as golf course name, location, date/time of tee time, available position, cart, caddy, price, etc. and display it on my website in real-time. Then as the golfer books tee time from my website; that information (course name, location, tee time date/time, number of players, players’ names, cart, caddy, price, etc. will pass to the golf course in real-time. This API must work with any programs golf courses uses.

It is important to note that all the golf courses do not use the same program or databases. Most of the golf courses has existing program which they brought from some company and use it for their tee times booking and golf shop transactions. So i need an API which will connect any golf courser program and give me access to their real-time tee times which i can display on my site. Then when the golfer will buy a tee time from my site it will communicate to the golf courser site in real-time. On my website we have a page where the golfer first select a state/city and then it displays all the golf courses in that city in a dropdown list. As the golfer select the golf course from that list the program display all the tee times available, the number of players available, cart/caddy available at that moment in that golf course. Then as the golfer select his choice tee times - it takes him through the payment process with his players name and other choices. Once the payment is received then the program prints out a receipt for the golfer and send the booking information to the golf course.
