Expression Engine Community Website

I want to build a community website/online magazine The layout, how the information is displayed will be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Some features needed + RSS feeds +Google Ads, Ad Configuration +Music Player installation + Ability to have paid member subscriptions and vip member access areas (paypal etc) + Full XHTML and CSS compliance + CMS (EE,etc) Forum (MYBB, EE Forum), and Photogallery(Photopost) integration and customization(single login same colour scheme) ++CMS of choice is Expression Engine but you can suggest another plan that will suit the needs of the site. ++CMS will need to easily but updated by our team +Ajax Shoutbox (there a few very good free versions) +Logo Design +Banner Design +SEO +++Very Important+++ I am looking for a someone or a team that Has Top Notch Designers and Top Notch Coders. I do not want someone that knows code and is good with designs..I want excellence..So if you know that your designs are not up to par please don't bid or lets work on splitting the design and coding between two separate groups. I will have no problem vetoing work that is not up to standards Please do not spam the bulletin boards or my inbox with your thousands of sites that you designed. Please keep your responses limited to the project, we dont need to see your typical spam about your company..if i want that then I'll just click on your profile to get it. Only post your sites that are relevant to the project, and please do know that we will verify work done. If you want to win, put together a proposal of what will be done (what scripts, softwares used) along with relevant work to prove that u have a grasp and ability to complete this project.
