Joomla 1.6 web design

I have a new domain which i have installed Joomla 1.6 myself and also i installed a real estate agency package and also a directory(which they do not seem working properly) which they are all free and also available in /tmp directory on the server, what i need now:

1. to integrate this template into Joomla [login to view URL] (i give you all the files and backend database for it)

2. also make room in hte design for real estate agent and directory to be seen on the website

3. add free facebook and tweeter mod to the website(for east access)

4. SEO freindly for London, UK and European Moves and estate agency(it needs to be highly SEO freindly about subject)

5. mobile display version which is available free in Joomla website

i am new in Joomla and i am not quit sure if it has froum and blog but if not i need them as well.

the idea is to create a self servise online real estate so people can add their property for sale/rent, also for transport company to add their company's profile. it is all about property and moving self service website.

i am not very strict about the template, it is possible to negotiate the changes if nesseccery but jobs need to be cofirmed before installation.

as this domain is a new domian you are welcome to work on it online, as i have not started any marketing yet.
