Yahoo/Google API Search

I would like someone to create a custom search engine using either Yahoo or Google API. The search needs to operate like any other search engine, searching page content as well as PDF files etc, however, it will only return search results from sites defined by us. The sites will be input into a mysql database and will be made up of three columns (id, link, active) - only active links will be used. Results should be returned to a page hosted locally which we can "brand" Code should be PHP. Here is an example: [url]<[login to view URL]>[/url]
