PHP Developer(s) Required - experience with iLance software is a must

We are building an online marketplace / reverse auction site. The buyer will post the requirements of a product/ service and the sellers bid to offer their products/ services which match the requirements at best prices. The buyer then chooses the best bid. We require an individual or a team of PHP developers who have experience working with iLance software or similar and successfully created an auction site or a marketplace before. We already have the design for the site as well as a couple of PHP pages but you must be able to "skin" iLance to the design we have including CSS. Additional design may be required but only for minor pages i.e. login/register page, contact forms,etc. Obviously you will be using iLance which means a lot of functionalities are already there and you don't have to create them from scratch. However, you will have to tie in all functionalities together and make any necessary modifications to make them work as required. The idea is to build a robust but flexible platform with which allow us to manage it post-launch and able to add additional functionalities without any difficulty. Please see brief specs highlighting main functionalities required. ***This project is not a vWorker competitor site as it will deal with an entirely different market.*** ## Deliverables **The following are the main functionalities:** Sign in/ register & email verification OR Facebook Sign-in Search listings / advance search Add listing, upload picture, video of a product Bid/ Accept offer Manage listings, account, profile, upgrade to paid account, view transaction history Feedback / Rating Inbox / clarification board Alert/Notification - set up an alert when there is a listing which match criterias, manage alert when and how often to be contacted. Payment Gateway integration Seller's credit -- Seller pays every time a buyer contact (1 credit per click/ page view) -sellers purchase credits in advance or manually added by admin - all transactions can be viewed in the user's transaction history. Full Admin control ; manage listings, users, activities, monitor inbox, invoicing, etc. CSV / XML feed of products (update daily) - sellers can submit feed by FTP rather than upload each item manually Automatically send emails/ notifications to users at certain period i.e. welcome, inactive longer than 2 weeks, the listing expired, etc. Full database access - i.e. export list of users, stock, invoices, etc. Forms , thank you page and autoresponders - all customisable CMS Pages; content editor, Meta info, SEO friendly Help section ( search text/ keywords on help topics) Featured stock email - a chargeable/ premium option for sellers. Once the buyer posts his requirements, the system automatically generates/ send an email to the buyer with the "featured" stock. This featured stock are chosen randomly from the entire stock which has been filtered to match the buyer's requirements and only from the sellers who paid for this feature.
