Need a redesign of Wordpress blog (redesign of some features and design aspects, not made from scratch)

I need a redesign of a Wordpress blog. At the moment the blog uses a magazine style template which I don't really like much. One of the reason for that is the template uses fixed image sizes which have to be clicked before they enlarge. I need design that puts a lot more emphasis on the images as well as the content. The images should be much bigger and should be any size I determine when editing the images. I will need a new design for the header and some colour changes. For every single post, the images will be at the top and then the content, there will be a medium sized adsense square in line with content at top left (directly inline with contnet in the opening paragraph, or perhaps to the right side of the content). Below each post, there will be social bookmark share button, and link to the feedburner subscribe botton, which will also be at the top in the right column. **This is a redesign of a site not not creating one from scratch.**
