Hello, We need a web graphic designer and coder, mainly who can handle all codings and can convert wireframe to live [login to view URL] are having lots of small web work and needed freelancer whenever we want to contact him. For this project we want to give a small test for usually we [login to view URL] thats perfectly done, will pay for that job and hire him for all future work we have. We do not want a higher bidder, just we want a bid of usd 30, We will provide him jobs once we note that he or she does job worth usd 30 we will pay, and again hire him @ usd 30. In this way we can pay him for all the jobs either its a dollar 1 job or dollar 30 jobs, its all depend upon how big the project is. Preferably we like to pay bidders from Asian Region.
