Good Designer to Create Simple Insomnia Web Page Design

We require a GOOD WEB DESIGNER to design a single Web page (to be used as a template for a full site). The single Web page will be for a site related to INSOMNIA and INSOMNIA CDs. As such, it will need to utilize appropriate images. The page will have a header, incorporating the domain name (turned into a logo). It will have a menu containing the following: Home -- FAQ -- Contact -- BUY NOW! The page will also contain a background (if applicable) and a footer, with copyright information and menu. Full details of the site will be provided on acceptance. Here's an example site design I like: <[login to view URL]> Note that you are welcome to send me different URLs to provide as "comparisons" and I will tell you which designs I like, and which I hate. Thank you all for your time :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
