SCRIPT FETCH INDEX WEBSITES

Hi I need one program that fetch ONLY INDEX of website. Single or batch. Images, flash, css files etc. SHOULD BE fetched as well html file. Example: <a href="[login to view URL]"> on html file! NO!! Script needs to download [login to view URL] and change to <a href="[login to view URL]"> Be carefull with css, some sites have jpg inside css files. I need all those css and image files downloaded and pointed to local files. On index I have [login to view URL] ".containerHeader { background:#fff url("../../images/[login to view URL]") bottom repeat-x; padding-bottom:0px; }" Need to download [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to local folder!
