Urgent custom report

Please find attached an exact spreadsheet of what the company want as their weekly report (in terms of what data it pulls out and what they can learn from it). There is a summary section at the top which needs to be able to pull in the total pipeline value as well as the pipeline value by each office: the UK office and the Asian/APAC office. There is a also section titled 'Outcome of task from previous week' which should pull in the data from the completed task assigned to the respective opportunity. Would you be able to see if it is feasible to create a custom report that can be added to their infusionsoft application.
