Punch items of Joomla Article site

Hello. We have a travel blog site in Xoops at [login to view URL]; which we transferred to Joomla and customised under temporary domain http://www.artirdik.biz. Freelancer will be completing the punch items and then transferring from temporary to original domain hosting: 1) Template has a Turkish character encoding issue, Turkish characters are sometimes capitalised and sometimes omitted (template uses Cufon, so its a problem specific to it) (20%) 2) Articles, users are transferred to new site, but again freelancer will be required to check those, transfer also "number of displayed", "comments written" etc from old to new site for every article. User will be able to write articles with user friendly WYSIWYG editor. Images must be inserted, uploaded very easily (fool proof). Admin receive notification and will approve all content entered before they go onair (20%) 3) Some pages, view styles of articles and article summary pages will be a bit customised (not major stuff, just replacing some text and fields, putting titles, fonts and article first few sentences) (10%) 4) some backup database and email it addon (i.e. Lazy Backup) will be installed to backup dbase every week (10%) 5) Social share buttons will be active and working for articles and main page (Facebook, Twitter, Google+). Google analytics code will be inserted. (10%) 6) Users of our site will signup with i) username, ii) email iii) avatar or photo iv) date of birth. The photo and username will display on articles and comments he has written with a link to his profile hiding the email, but giving option to send him Personal Message. Also number of submissions (including comments) will be counted, stored and displayed. On the main page, we would like a box on the right with our top 10 users with their avatars and their submission numbers. Who and how many online will be shown on main page (20%) 7) site functions (search, login, signup, password forgotten, contact us, main page SEO) must be working. (10%)
