I need a web developer with a good knowledge of php to help in editing a website. I need to add dynamic headers and meta-tags for a website and do some editing on the website. The developer must be very good and fast and should also be willing to work on hourly basis at an affordable rate for me. I prefer the programmer to stay on skype and you make changes as I inform you. I also need the programmer to have the knowledge about joomla 1.5 installation.
