Linux Server-Guy & PHP Coder Wanted

I'm in need of a freelance **Linux Webmaster** about 3 hours a week. I **also need an experienced PHP programmer** about 10 to 15 hours per week (sometimes more). My pay rate is up to **$40/hr**. _For the Webmaster job_: I manage a number of client's websites and have two dedicated Linux servers (using CPanel 11, and DirectAdmin). I need someone would can make sure the backups are reliable, security is good, and is immediately available to restore the system in the event of a crash. _For the PHP Programmer job_: I need someone with 4+ years hardcore web-related experience. Heavy PHP, but you also need to know SEO. If you think SEO = keywords, sorry. I need someone who reads Matt Cutts blog and stays up with Google's latest gyrations. You don't have to be an SEO freak. You just need to know what to avoid in your PHP coding techniques so you don't knock down the site's ranking.
