Are you an experienced Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Tech Analyst? Would you like to lead our small team of two in the development phases of projects? Would you like to keep your coding sharp by PHP programming mainly in an exciting new, cutting-edge on-line negotiation game we are developing? Our ideal is for you to join us full time, but we are open to 3-4 hours per day for the right person. This is a long term relationship role. Job Description: � Discuss the requirement, provide assistance and guidance to both developers (Ukrainian) to ensure they have a clear understanding � Analyse the business requirements with the Australian Project Manager (based in Thailand) � Find innovative solutions to all technical challenges � Take care of the more complex development / coding tasks yourself � Ensure that our system testers understand requirements. Review programmers code If you feel you would be suitable, then before responding, please ensure that you meet ALL our below requirements. You must have: � Very strong PHP and MySQL skills (PHP 4, 5 & Zend framework) � A CV / Resume that describes your previous projects and your role in these projects, and includes your age or date of birth � Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Developer in a web development team (not client server development) � Strong experience in database design using MySQL � Strong JavaScript skill is important, and while ExtJS/Sencha experience is not required, it would be a bonus � Good written English and good communication skills.
